ACCULAB Measurement Standards, New England’s premier provider of Metrology services and instrument repair, is seeking electronic and dimensional instrument calibration and repair technicians. We have immediate openings for technicians in our Danvers, MA facility. Successful candidates will perform calibration and repair as specified by written or demonstrated procedures. The processes and equipment used for calibration range from simple to complex in nature. While the majority of services are performed in our Danvers laboratory, for some jobs our technicians are discharged to the customer’s location. Candidates should be experienced in calibration and repair of general-purpose test equipment. RF experience is a plus.
Responsibilities and Qualifications: Qualified candidates must be proficient in electronics calibration. They will be responsible for the calibration and repair of customer-owned test and measurement equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, general-purpose and industrial equipment (Fluke, HP/Agilent, Tektronix, etc). Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are a must. Basic computer skills are required. Metrology training, degree or work experience in the calibration field is required.
Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Full medical, dental and company matching 401K provided. Positions are single shift with overtime as required. Open to US citizens or nonresident aliens with a valid work permit only. Relocation expenses are not provided.
